Your Fitness and Run Coach

Mark grew up in Scotland, then spent his teenage years living overseas, lucky enough to live in places such as Thailand, Hong Kong, and Singapore, before, as an adult, settling down in London.

Qualifying as a PT in 2008, Mark has always absolutely loved training people. Over the years of working as a PT, Mark has created a network of loyal clients who work with him. He has supported them in achieving their goals: their fastest marathon time; an aim to return to the boxing ring; to lose weight before getting married; to alleviate the stress of a busy job… the reasons are endless.

Mark has also trained and competed as an MMA Fighter. He signed up for several fights, and after seven of those with six wins and just one loss, Mark decided to swap his boxing gloves for running shoes and took on the world of marathons and ultra-marathons. He is continually setting himself challenges to keep pushing his boundaries.

In recent years Mark has become more focused on run coaching and one-to-one personal training.  He is qualified with the Scottish Athletics Association. Mark is an endurance runner, recently completing a 100km run along the Thames Path, a 50-mile race along the Southern Upland Way, and regularly runs half and full marathons on our roads. He loves to support his clients in developing their running style, increasing their strength, and enhancing their fitness.  He wants to help them create a deeper enjoyment for fitness while ensuring they achieve their goals along the way. Mark wants to bring run and fitness coaching to everyone.
